MAKE SOMETHING GREAT, TRANSFORM A SPACE.

Make, build and do great things at the Department of Making + Doing’s Pop-Up Maker Space this Saturday from 3-8 pm. Create beautiful lanterns, DIY seating, geometric forts, words, sounds, and displays of light that for a few hours temporarily transform the 37th Street Walkway at Chestnut Street and the International House courtyard into a place of wonder and experimentation. Learn how to use a new tool, make something great to take home that anybody’s mom will be mighty proud of OR cheer on other makers and doers while enjoying a warm cup of apple cider. Stay after dark and see the space truly sparkle with light hacking, lantern making, glowing structures and data projections.
